가톨릭대학교 글로벌경영대학 조교수로 현재 국제경영학과장을 담당하고 있다. 한양대학교에서 경영학 박사학위를 취득하였으며, 세부전공은 마케팅이다. 주요 연구 관심사는 서비스마케팅, B2B마케팅, 기업의 사회적 책임 분야이다. 현재 한국창업학회 부회장, 한국상품학회 이사,  한국고등직업교육학회 감사, 한양대학교 유통연구센터 객원연구원, 부천시 공정무역위원, 조달청 평가위원 등으로 활동하고 있다.

I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Catholic University of Korea, Global Business School, where I oversee the Department of International Business. I earned my Ph.D. in Business Administration from Hanyang University, with a specialization in Marketing. My primary research interests lie in service marketing, B2B marketing, and corporate social responsibility. I am actively engaged in various professional capacities, including Vice President of the Korean Entrepreneurship Society, Director of the Korea Academy of Commodity Science & Technology, Auditor of Korean Higher Vocational Education Association, Visiting Researcher at the Distribution Research Center of Hanyang University, Member of the Fair Trade Committee in Bucheon City, and Evaluator for the Public Procurement Service Office.

(1) 순수이론측면에서 경제주체들이 전략적으로 상호작용하는 상황에서 정보의 불완전성이 얽히며 나타나는 인식의 상호작용, (2) 산업조직론적 응용측면에서 소비자의 다점구매행위, 체험샵등을 통한 수평적으로 차별화된 정보전달의 전략적 결정, 기업의 동태적 가격책정, (3) 노동경제학 측면에서 개인의 직업선택이 불평등의 심화에 미치는 영향,  자녀의 초기인적자본 형성에 미치는 부모의 역할 등을 이론적으로 연구하고 있다. 존스홉킨스대학에서 2017년 박사학위를 받았으며, 각종 국제학회와 SSCI급 국제학술지에 관련된 논문들을 발표했다. 그 외에도 경제학 내 다양한 분야에서 이루어지는 이론적 활동과 그 결과물인 모형들에 관심이 있다. 

전이금속 나노 클레이를 이용하여 하이브리드 나노촉매와 연료전지 및 수전해 용 전기화학 나노촉매 합성과 물성 평가를 주로 연구하고 있다. 2005년 성균관대학교 화학과에서 나노 클레이 자기조립/패터닝 연구로 박사학위를 받았으며, 2007년 옥스포드 대학교 화학과에서 나노 클레이 기초 물성 연구를 진행하였다. 2010년 부터 가톨릭대학교 화학과에서 나노촉매화학연구실을 운영해 오고 있다. 2015년 부터 비-전이금속 나노 클레이를 이용하여 화장품용 기능성 신소재 개발에 대한 연구를 중소 기업과 공동연구를 수행하고 있다. 현재까지 총 40여편의 논문을 SCI급 국제학술지에 발표했다. 

My main research focus involves synthesizing and characterizing hybrid nanocatalysts, fuel cells, and electrochemical nanocatalysts utilized in water electrolysis with transition metal nano-clays. I completed my Ph.D. in Chemistry at Sungkyunkwan University in 2005, specifically focusing on nano-clay self-assembly and patterning research. In 2007, I investigated the fundamental properties of nanoclays at the University of Oxford. Since 2010, I have overseen operations at the Nanocatalyst Chemistry Laboratory at the Catholic University of Korea. From 2015 onward, I have collaborated with small and medium-sized enterprises on joint ventures, focusing on developing innovative cosmetic materials using non-transition metal nano-clays. I have authored approximately 40 papers published in SCI-grade international journals.

Professor Gina Rhee is an Assistant Professor at The Catholic University of Korea, where she contributes to the field of law with her background in Comparative Criminal Justice. Professor Rhee received her Ph.D. from Yonsei University and her J.D. from University of Minnesota Law School. She graduated with high honors from University of California, Berkeley, with concentration on East Asian Languages and Cultures.

Professor Rhee's research is diverse, covering East Asian cultures, criminal justice, animal law, and legal psychology. Her dissertation on cultural defense and expert witnesses in criminal proceedings highlights her dedication to understanding cultural nuances in legal contexts. Professor Rhee has also gained extensive professional experience through various law clerk positions, research roles, and internships at law firms and organizations in both South Korea and the United States.

Professor Rhee's linguistic abilities, including fluency in English and Korean, and professional proficiency in Japanese and Chinese, further enhance her global perspective on legal studies.

이지연 교수는 뉴욕주립대 경영학과에서 학사학위, 서울대학교 경영학과에서 경영학 석사학위를 받았으며, 경희대학교 회계세무학과에서 경영학 박사 학위를 취득하였다. LGCNS에서 Oracle ERP관련 업무를 수행하였고, 한국개발연구원(KDI)에서 사회기반시설의 타당성조사 및 정책연구를 수행하였다. 주요 연구분야는 성과평가와 보상, 가동률, 경영자 능력, 실제이익조정 등 관리회계 분야와 국가, 공공기관 재무보고 등 정부회계 분야 연구이다.
