교수소개
신약후보물질의 비임상약동학, 약물동태학적 상호작용, 약물대사효소 및 수송체, PBPK, PK/PD 모델링 등을 주로 연구하고 있다. 서울대학교 대학원 약학과에서 염증성 간질환 치료후보제 liquritigenin의 animal scale-up과 초회통과 효과, 각종 질병 모델에서의 pharmacokinetics, 및 DDB와의 상호작용에 관한 연구로 2010년 박사학위를 받았으며, 2010년부터 가톨릭대학교 약학대학에서 약제학 연구실을 운영해오고 있다. SCI급 국제학술지 Xenobiotica의 editorial board로 활동 중이다.
Main research are related to pre-clinical pharmacokinetics of new drug candidates, pharmacokinetic interactions, drug metabolizing enzymes and transporters, PBPK, PK/PD modeling. I received my Ph.D. in 2010 from the Department of Pharmacy at Seoul National University Graduate School, focusing on "Animal scale-up and first-pass effects, pharmacokinetics in various rat disease models, and drug interaction with DDB of liquiritigenin in rats". Since 2010, I have been running a pharmaceutical laboratory at the College of Pharmacy, Catholic University of Korea. I am actively serving as the editorial board of the international journal "Xenobiotica".
