세법(국세분야) 및 세무회계에 관심을 가지고 연구 및 강의를 담당하고 있다. 2002년 고려대학교 경영대학에서 '이연법인세와 추가적 이익조정에 관한 연구'로 경영학 박사학위를 받았다. 1991년부터 2004년까지 삼일회계법인 등 국내 회계법인에서 공인회계사/세무사로서 감사 및 세법분야의 실무경험을 쌓았고, 2004년부터 가톨릭대학교 회계학과에 부임하여 현재까지 재직하고 있다. 그간 교내에서는 기획부처장, 기획처장 등을 역임하였으며, 현재는 경영대학원장으로 봉사하고 있다. 교외활동으로는 서울지방국청 국세심사위원, 국세청국세심사위원, 조세심판원 비상임위원 등 세법분야에서 주로 활동하였으며  한국세무학회, 조세법학회, 조세포럼 등 조세관련 학회의 부회장직을 역임하였다. 그외 디자인진흥원 비상임감사, 기획재정부 공기업경영평가위원, 방송통신사업자선정 심사위원, 경기도 공기업 경영평가위원 등을 역임하였다. 현재 신한투자증권 사외이사(감사위원장)로 재직 중이며, KT&G 복지재단/재단법인 포항산업과학연구(RIST)/재단법인 국립오페라단 비상임감사 등 주로 비영리법인 관련분야에서 사회에 봉사하고 있다. 

He is interested in tax law and tax accounting and is in charge of research and lectures. In 2002, he obtained a Ph.D. in business administration from Korea University. From 1991 to 2004, he gained practical experience in the audit and tax fields as a CPA at big 4 accounting firms such as Samil Accounting Firm, and from 2004, he was appointed to the Department of Accounting at Catholic University and has been serving until now. He has served as the head of the budget & planning department on campus, and is currently serving as the head of the business academy. As out of campus activities, he has worked mainly in the tax law field, including the National Tax Review Committee,  the Tax Tribunal's non-executive member, and served as a vice chairman at tax-related societies such as the Korean Tax Association, the Tax Law Association, and the Tax Forum. He has served as a non-executive auditor of the Korea Design Promotion Agency, a public enterprise management evaluation committee member of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, a broadcasting and telecommunications business operator selection evaluation committee, and is currently serving as an outside director (chairman of the audit committee) at Shinhan Investment & Securities. In addition, he is a non-executive auditor of the KT&G Welfare Foundation/Foundation Pohang Industrial Science Research Institute(RIST).

이화여자대학교에서 과학교육학으로 학사, 석사, 박사 학위를 취득하였다. 2011년 이화여자대학교 과학교육과에서 융합교육, 창의적 문제해결력 교육으로 박사학위를 받았으며 2012년부터 가톨릭대학교 교수로 재직하고 있다.  기반개념을 중심으로 한 과학과 인문학의 통합 교육 방안 설계, NGSS형으로 과학과 교육과정 재설계 연구, 지속가능발전교육(ESD) 사회문제 해결형 수업모델 개발 연구, 문이과 통합형 과학과 교육과정 재구조화 연구, 학습자 상호작용을 강화한 I4MAT 모델의 개발 및 적용 연구, 융합역량 관련 변인 간 구조적 관계 분석 연구 등을 수행하였다. 주요 연구분야는  교양교육, 과학교육, 학제간 교육, 교사교육이다.

She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in science education from Ewha Womans University. In 2011, she earned a doctorate in convergence education and creative problem-solving education from the Department of Science Education at Ewha Womans University and has been serving as a professor at The Catholic University of Korea since 2012. Her research includes  'Design of Educational Framework for Science-Humanities Integration Based on Big Ideas', 'Research on Redesign of Science Curriculum as NGSS', 'ESD Instruction Module Development for Solving Social Problems', 'Redesign of Integrated Science Curriculum',  'The Development and Implementation of I4MAT Focused on Learners' Interaction' and 'The Analysis of the Structural Relationships among Variables Related to Convergence Competency'. Her main research areas are liberal arts education, science education, interdisciplinary education, and teacher education.

배주채 교수는 한국어음운론과 한국어어휘론을 비롯하여 한국어학의 여러 분야에 대해 연구하고 있다. 선도적인 연구논문을 발표하는 것과 함께 학계의 연구성과를 종합하고 정리한 개론서를 출간해 왔다. 개론서로 <국어음운론 개설>, <한국어의 발음>, <한국어음운론의 기초>, <언어학개론>, <한국어문법> 등이 있다. 국어국문학과 전공과목 <한국어학개론>, <한국어발음과표기>, <한국어어휘>, <한국어문장표현>, <한국어사> 등을 담당하고 있다. 대학원 한국어교육학과 학과장으로서 한국어교육학과 석사과정과 박사과정의 강의 및 논문지도에도 힘쓰고 있다.

Professor Bae Juchae is conducting research in various fields of Korean linguistics, including Korean phonology and Korean lexicology. He has published leading research papers and comprehensive introductory texts summarizing academic research achievements. His introductory works include "An Introduction to Korean Phonology," "The Pronunciation of Korean," "The Basics of Korean Phonology," "An Introduction to Linguistics," and "A Korean Grammar." He is in charge of major courses in the Department of Korean Language and Literature, such as "Understanding Korean Linguistics," "Korean Pronunciation and Spelling," "Korean Lexicology," "Korean Text Production," and "History of Korean Language." As the head of the Graduate School of Korean Language Education, he also dedicates effort to lecturing and advising theses in both the master's and doctoral programs of Korean language education.

백민정 교수는 연세대학교 문과대학 철학과를 졸업하고 동 대학원에서 정약용 철학의 형성과 체계에 관한 연구: 주자학과 서학에 대한 비판적 수용과정을 중심으로 라는 논문으로 철학 박사학위를 받았다. 주요 전공 분야는 동양철학, 한국사상, 조선시대 유학사상이며, 현재 가톨릭대학교 철학과 교수로 재직하고 있다.

BAEK Minjung (mjbaek@catholic.ac.kr) is currently a professor of the Department of Philosophy of the Catholic University of Korea. Her research focuses on the Confucian thought during the Joseon Korea. She seeks to broadly research the traditional Korean Confucian thought with the East Asian horizon in view and is interested in the modern reinterpretation of Confucianism during the Joseon Korea from philosophical context of today. Currently, she is working on the theory of the mind, ethics, and political philosophy of the Confucian scholars during the late Joseon.
