박소령 교수는 2002년 2월에 한국과학기술원(KAIST) 전기및전자공학과에서 무선 이동통신 시스템에 알맞은 다상 서명수열에 대한 연구로 박사학위를 받고, 2003년 3월부터 가톨릭대학교 정보통신전자공학부에 재직하며 통신신호처리연구실을 운영하고 있다. 확산스펙트럼 및 다중접속 등 무선 통신 기술에 대한 연구 외에도 레이더 시스템에서의 표적 추적 및 재밍, 다중표적 위치 추정, 배선 시스템에서의 고장 위치 및 종류 추정 등 신호 탐지 및 추정 분야의 다양한 연구과제를 수행하며 80여편의 논문을 발표하였고, 확률적인 신호처리에 대한 5권의 국내외 저서를 출판하였다. 현재 IEEE 시니어 멤버이며 한국통신학회논문지 편집위원, 특허청 민원조정위원회 및 청원심의회 위원으로 활동하고 있다.

So Ryoung Park received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, in 1997, and the M.S.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 1999 and 2002, respectively. She was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Statistical Signal Processing laboratory, Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, KAIST, in 2002. In March 2003, she joined the School of Information, Communications, and Electronics Engineering, the Catholic University of Korea (CUK), Bucheon, South Korea, where she is currently a Full Professor. Her research interests include signal detection and estimation, mobile communications, and statistical signal processing for communication and electronics warfare environments. Dr. Park is a member of Korea Institute of Communications and Information Sciences (KICS) and has served as an Editor of Journal of the KICS since 2012. She is also a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a member of Civil Complaints Mediation Committee in Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), and a member of Petition Council in KIPO.

서울대학교 식품공학과를 졸업한 뒤, 가톨릭대학교 신학부에서 신학을 공부하던 중 중세철학에 관심을 가지게 되었다. 독일 프라이부르크 대학에서 석사와 박사학위(중세철학 전공)를 취득했다. 그의 박사 학위 논문은 네덜란드 Brill 출판사의 중세철학 분야의 핵심시리즈인 ‘중세 정신사에 대한 연구와 텍스트’에 받아들여져 『토마스 아퀴나스에 의한 중세 언어철학의 신학적 수용: 유비(類比)문제를 중심으로』(1999)라는 제목으로 출간되었다. 
주요관심 연구 분야는 아직 충분히 알려지지 못한 라틴어 중세철학 원전에 담긴 보화를 우리나라에 적극 소개하고, 중세철학이라는 인류 문화의 보고로부터 우리 문화를 풍성하게 할 값진 사상을 얻어내는 데에 있다.

Professor Seung-Chan Park is a professor of Philosophy in the Department of Humanities at the Catholic University of Korea, and has served as the President of the Seongsim Graduate School, the Korean Medieval Philosophy Society, and the Korean Catholic Philosophy Society, the Director of the Stephen Cardinal Kim Institute. After graduating from the Department of Food Science and Technology at Seoul National University, he became interested in medieval philosophy while studying theology at the Catholic University of Korea. He received his master's and doctoral degrees (major in medieval philosophy) from the University of Freiburg, Germany. His doctoral dissertation was accepted in 'Research and Text on the History of Medieval Spirit', a core series in the field of medieval philosophy by Brill, the Netherlands, and was published in 『Theological Acceptance of Medieval Philosophy of Language by Thomas Aquinas: Focusing on the Problem of Analogy』 (1999) was published under the title.
The main research field of interest is to actively introduce the treasures contained in the Latin text of medieval philosophy, which are not yet sufficiently known, to Korea, and to obtain valuable ideas that will enrich our culture from the treasure trove of human culture called medieval philosophy.

조직 행동과 사회 행동 분야에서 개인의 유연성을 연구하고 있다. 예를 들어, 개인의 성격, 가치, 동기,그리고 리더십의 유연성이 갖는 효과를 경험적으로 연구하고 있다. 이 연구들의 공통점은 개인의 여러 특성이나 역량이 단순에서 복잡으로, 그리고 경직에서 유연으로 발달하는 과정에 근본적인 관심을 두고 있다. 또 다른 연구분야는 산업 장면에서 안전 문화와 안전 행동을 경험적으로 연구하고 있으며, 한국 안전 보건 공단에 기업 조직에 활용될 수 있는 진단도구와 코칭 프로그램을 개발하여 탑재하고 있다. 많은 기업들이 이 도구를 활용하고 있으며, 이 과정에서 얻어진 자료를 기반으로 여러 연구가 진행되고 있다.  

I am studying individual flexibility in the fields organizational and social behavior. For example, I am empirically researching the effects of an individual's personality, value, motivation, and leadership flexibility. The common thread among these studies is a fundamental interest in the process by which various individual characteristics or competencies develop from simple to complex and from rigid to flexible. Another area of research involves empirically studying safety culture and safety behavior in industrial settings. We are developing diagnostic tools and coaching programs for Korean Safety and Health Agency that can be utilized by companies. Many companies are utilizing these tools, and various studies are being conducted based on the data obtained from this process.

고려대학교에서 경영학 학사, KAIST에서 경영정책 석사, 그리고 고려대학교에서 경영학 박사(세부 전공: HRM) 학위를 취득하였다. LG전자 연구소에서 R&D 관리 및 연구 인력 인적자원관리 업무를 담당하였다. 주요 연구 분야는 전략적 인적자원관리, 스타 인재, 성과급제, 이직률 등이며, HRM의 상반된 효과에 대한 연구에 관심을 가지고 있다. International Journal of HRM, Human Performance, Journal of Management and Organization 등 해외 저널과 인사조직연구, 경영학 연구, 조직과 인사관리 연구 등 국내 저널에 여러 논문을 발표하였다.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Korea University, my Master's degree in Management Policy from KAIST, and my Ph.D. in Business Administration (specializing in HRM) from Korea University. I have experience in R&D management and HRM for R&D people at LG Electronics Research Institute. My major research areas include strategic HRM, star performer, performance-based compensation, and turnover, with a particular interest in studying the contrasting effects of HRM. I have published several papers in international journals such as the International Journal of HRM, Human Performance, and the Journal of Management and Organization, as well as in domestic journals including Korean Management Review, Korean Journal of Management, and Journal of Organization and Management.
