가톨릭대학교에서 사회복지학과 국문학을 전공하여 문학사를 취득한 후, 중앙대학교에서 사회복지학 석사학위와 박사학위를 받았다. 이후 가톨릭대학교와 중앙대학교 사회복지대학원에서 강사로 근무했으며, 현재 가톨릭대학교 사회복지학과에서 조교수로 재직 중이다. 박사학위 논문에서는 성장·분배·생태를 중심으로 복지국가 성과의 유형과 변화를 분석하였다. 최근에는 포스트성장 사회에서의 지속가능한 복지, 생태-사회정책에 관한 이론적·실증적 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 여성주의와 생태주의 관점을 융합한 사회복지 연구로의 확장을 모색하는 탐색적 연구도 함께 진행 중이다. 이를 통해 지속가능한 복지국가의 가능성을 모색하고, 사회정책의 패러다임 전환을 위한 학문적·실천적 논의를 확장하는 데 기여하고자 한다.

Ji-eun Lee holds a B.A. in Social Welfare and Korean Literature from the Catholic University of Korea, and earned both her M.A. and Ph.D. in Social Welfare from Chung-Ang University. She has taught at the graduate schools of social welfare at the Catholic University and Chung-Ang University, and is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Welfare at the Catholic University of Korea. Her doctoral dissertation examined the typologies and transformations of welfare state outcomes, focusing on the dynamic interplay between economic growth, redistribution, and ecological sustainability. Her current research addresses theoretical and empirical questions surrounding sustainable welfare in post-growth societies, and the development of eco-social policy frameworks. She is also conducting exploratory research that integrates feminist and ecological perspectives within the field of social welfare. Her research interests include the development of post-growth and degrowth-oriented social policy, along with feminist perspectives on care and ecological sustainability. Through her work, she aims to contribute to reimagining the future of welfare states and to advancing scholarly and practical debates on paradigm shifts in social policy.

이진 교수는 가톨릭대학교 경영학과에서 인사/조직 분야 교수로 재직하고 있다. 미 Texas A&M University에서 인적자원개발(HRD)로 박사학위를 받았으며, 가톨릭대학교에 부임하기 전, Texas State University와 LG CNS에서 근무하였다.

주요 연구분야는 리더십 개발, 조직개발과 변화 및 기업가정신 등이며, Human Resource Management Review, Personnel Review, Human Resource Development Review, Gender, Work & Organization 등 경영분야 저명 학술지에 연구를 게재하였다.
현재 가톨릭대학교에서 인적자원관리, 조직행동, 리더십개발, 기업가정신과 경영 등의 과목을 강의하고 있다.

Dr. Jin Lee is an assistant professor of the Department of Business Administration in The Catholic University of Korea. Under the broad theme of organizational innovation and change, his current research and scholarship focuses on developing change agents including leaders, entrepreneurs, and HR professionals. He also investigates factors facilitating and inhibiting organizational and societal innovation and change.

이진영 교수는 한국과학기술원(KAIST)에서 2023년에 박사학위를 취득하였다. 이후 삼성전자 네트워크사업부에서 책임연구원으로 근무하였으며, 국립한국해양대학교 조교수를 거쳐 2026년 8월부터 가톨릭대학교 정보통신전자공학부에 재직하며 ROOT Lab을 운영하고 있다.

물리적 신호의 고유 특성을 활용한 물리계층보안을 연구하고 있으며, 은닉통신, 물리계층인증, 물리계층 키 생성을 핵심 축으로 RF/광/수중음향 등 매체에 구애받지 않는 다양한 통신 시스템들의 보안 프레임워크를 구축하는 연구를 수행 중이다.

Professor Jinyoung Lee received his doctoral degree from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 2023, with a thesis on machine learning aided physical-layer security for wireless communications. He subsequently worked as a Staff Engineer in the Network Business Division at Samsung Electronics, followed by an appointment as Assistant Professor at National Korea Maritime and Ocean University. Since August 2026, he has been a member of the Department of Information, Communications, and Electronics Engineering at The Catholic University of Korea, where he operates the ROOT Lab. 

His research focuses on physical-layer security that leverages the inherent characteristics of physical signals as security primitives. The lab's four core research axes are covert communication, physical-layer authentication, physical-layer key generation with the overarching goal of building a security framework that is independent of the communication medium, spanning RF, optical, and underwater acoustic channels. He actively serves as a reviewer for leading IEEE journals including Transactions on Signal Processing, Transactions on Wireless Communications, and Transactions on Information Forensics and Security.

이진우 교수는 가톨릭대학교 공연예술문화학과 미술디자인 전공 교수이다. 국내에서 학사와 석사를 금속공예, 디자인 전공으로 받았으며, 영국 Brunel University에서 디자인 경영으로 석사를 University of Kent에서 경영학으로 박사학위를 받았다. 사회과학적 접근을 통하여 미술 및 디자인 분야의 생산, 분배, 소비를 이해하여 작가, 매개자, 그리고 소비자와 연관된 행위를 주요 연구 대상으로 보고 있다. 특히, 디지털 플랫폼, 빅데이터, 인공지능, NFT 등의 기술이 추동하는 예술가의 정당화 및 가치화 과정의 변화에 주목하고 있다. 한편, 문화예술, 미술관, 박물관, 미술시장 등의 분야에 관한 자문/평가 및 다양한 기관의 외부연구에 참여하고 있다.    

Jin Woo Lee is Assistant Professor at the Department of Performing Arts & Culture, The Catholic University of Korea. He received a bachelor's and master's degree in metal craft and design in Korea, a master's degree in design management and a doctorate in magagement in the UK. His research examines the behaviors and discourses of artists, intermediaries and users in the practical fields of visual arts and design. He is mainly interested in the process of legitimating and valuing artists in the context of the structural change in the art world by the emergence of new technologies such as digital platforms, big data, AI, and NFTs.

서울대학교 인문대학 영어영문학과 (동 대학원 영어학 석사) 졸업 후 미국 펜실베이니아 대학교(University of Pennsylvania)에서 언어학 박사(세부전공: 화용론(Pragmatics))를 받았다. 현재 가톨릭대학교 영어영문학부 교수로 재직하고 있다. 순수 언어학 분야에서 주로 조건절(Conditionals) 연구 논문을 발표해 왔으며 최근에는 은유(metaphor)를 통한 인간 본성 탐구와 언어문화의 보편성과 다양성 관련 주제 연구를 해왔다. 주체성 있는 비판적인 영어 교육 주제 관련 논문도 발표하는 등 응용언어학 분야에도 관심이 있다. 주요 저서로는 학술서로 『영어학의 최근 논점3 (의미론 응용언어학) (공저) (2005, 한국문화사)』가 있으며 최근 대중 영어 학습서로 『미국이라는 나라 영어에 대하여 (2021, 사람in)』을 출간한 바 있다. Facebook에서 언어학자로서 언어를 통해 한국 사회와 문화를 비판하고 성찰하는 글도 활발히 쓰고 있다. 

Chang-Bong Lee graduated from Seoul National University with a B.A in English Language and Literature. He got an M.A in English Linguistics at the Graduate School of Seoul National University. He then got his Ph.D in Linguistics at the University of Pennsylvania (specialty in Pragmatics). He is now Professor of English and Linguistics at the Catholic University of Korea. He has widely published papers on conditionals. He has recently published quite a few papers on metaphor, focusing on the topics of understanding humanity and the universality and diversity of language and culture through the study of conceptual metaphor. He has also published some papers related to the topic of critical English education in Korea in the field of applied linguistics. He wrote a book titled  『Current Issues in English Linguistics3 (Semantics, Applied Linguistics) (co-author) (2005, Hankook Moonhwasa)』. He has recently published a book titled 『About American English in the United States (2021, Sarm-in)』. He has been writing actively on Facebook, in order to give critical opinions to the public on Korean politics, society and culture as a linguist. 

이창우 교수는 서울대학교에서 공학학사, 공학석사 학위를 취득하였고 1996년 2월 서울대학교에서 영상신호처리 분야를 연구하여 공학박사 학위를 취득하였다. 
삼성전자 신호처리 연구소에서 선임연구원으로 근무하였고 1997년 9월부터 가톨릭대학교 정보통신전자공학부에서 근무하고 있다. 
딥 러닝을 이용한 영상 복원을 포함한 영상처리 및 영상통신 분야를 연구하고 있으며, 영상처리 분야에서 다수의 연구 과제를 수행하고 논문을 발표하였다. 
영상처리, 디지털신호처리 및 선형대수 등의 과목을 강의하고 있으며 대한전자공학회 상임이사 및 이사로 활동하였다.

Chang Woo Lee is currently a professor in the School of Information, Communications and Electronic Engineering at The Catholic University of Korea. 
He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Seoul National University, and his Ph.D. in the field of image processing from Seoul National University in February 1996. 
He worked as a senior researcher at the Signal Processing Research Center of Samsung Electronics, and has been working in the School of Information, Communications and Electronic Engineering at The Catholic University of Korea since September 1997. 
His research interests include image communication and image restoration using deep learning. 
He has performed many research projects and published papers in the field of image processing. 
He teaches subjects such as image processing, digital signal processing, and linear algebra. 
He serves as a board member of the Institute of Electronics and Information Engineers.
